Application
The Plasma sterilizer takes H2O2 as sterilizing agent and form plasmatic state of H2O2 by electromagnetic field under low temperature. It combines both gaseous and plasmatic H2O2 to make sterilization for the items in chamber and decomposes the residual H2O2 after sterilization
It is widely used in CSSD or other medical institute for the sterilization of electric wire and cable, optical glasses and glass lens, power equipment and batteries, endoscopes, catheter nonmetallic and other wet or heat sensitive instruments. Metal tubular instrument: inner diameter≥1mm, length ≤500mm. Nonmetal tubular instrument: inner diameter≥1mm, length ≤2000mm
Low temperature sterilization
The sterilization temperature is 50±5℃ which is much lower than steam sterilization. It is dry sterilization that has no harm on instrument. so it extends the device service life.

Fast sterilization cycle time: ≤25 min
Standard sterilization cycle time ≤35min
Enhanced sterilization cycle time ≤55min
Reliable sterilization
The rectangular chamber is made of alloy materials with good thermal conductivity, independent temperature control, uniform temperature, and stable temperature, the purification system makes the H2O2 diffuse evenly, the low temperature storage system provides a stable concentration of H2O2, effectively guarantee the sterilization effect. The two-layer aluminum alloy punching plate is loaded with sterile items, with large loading capacity and high space utilization rate.
Safe sealing door
Using mandrel drive electric lifting door, double-layer seal design, with a safety system on the door to ensure equipment and personal safety, anti-pinch hand design.
Sterilization agent
Cassette: 12 vials of H2O2 / cassette. It adopts high-purity hydrogen peroxide injection (concentration 60%) and has an inverted hydrogen peroxide automatic liquid addition system to ensure that workers do not directly contact the liquid. The amount of hydrogen peroxide can be adjusted. The amount of each injection can be observed, and it has a sterilant refrigeration storage device below 20 ℃.
Full automatic control system
7 inch LCD touch screen display, PLC intelligent control system. One button to control from start to end and finish automatically with showing temperature, pressure, sterilization time. The system can maintenance and upgrade.
Biological indicator incubator
Independently controlled biological indicator incubator for the monitoring of biological effects of biological indicators of the constant temperature culture process, the full range of ≤± 0.3℃ temperature control accuracy; temperature can be set. The biological incubator will timely display temperature and incubate time.
Heating system
Adapting to anti-explosion and fire resistance heating system, temperature is more precise, more convenient and fast.

Sterilization record
Computer printing provides sterilization time, cycle mode, display pressure, sterilization process, the application of large-capacity storage to save the original data, printing records stored more than 1 million times, can store more than ten years of capacity, with power-off memory function.

It has set up over temperature protection function and show on LCD screen if fault, to make the after sales-service dealing with fault more efficiently. Equipped with high & low temperature alarming system.

The matter after sterilization is water and oxygen molecule that have no toxic harm to staff or patient, and there is no need for drainage or air exhausting. High efficient H2O2 filter is installed in the exhausting outlet to guarantee no H2O2 pollution to the environment.
